The Trap Kitchen is a commissary kitchen and food business incubator featuring several pop-ups from both up-and-coming and seasoned local chefs. We opened our doors in the summer of 2018 after several friends in the service industry were trying to transition from pop-up chef to food truck owners, food truck owners to brick and mortar, or dealing with the challenge of growing and out-growing their current food businesses, and haven’t looked back since.
Now we are stepping into the technology age of online ordering , showcasing some of our favorite chefs, including Chef Chris Debar’s Lit Kitchen, Clark’s Caribbean, Little Kitchen, and Hell Bent Bagels.
